Order Confirmation & Tracking Information

Once you place an order on LunarAsh.com, you will receive a confirmation email verifying that your order has been successfully submitted. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email containing your tracking number. You can select your preferred shipping method during the checkout process on the Order Information page.

Order Processing Time

We process orders from Monday to Friday, with a standard processing time of 1 to 2 business days. Please note that we do not operate on weekends, which may result in minor delays. During peak seasons or high order volumes, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Orders containing incomplete or incorrect payment or shipping information may experience additional processing delays.

Shipping Restrictions & Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Package refusal by the recipient

  • Delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address

  • Tracking indicates delivery was successful, but the customer claims non-receipt

Taxes & Import Duties

All orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means import taxes, duties, and local fees are not included in the purchase price and must be paid by the customer upon delivery, if applicable.
